Erin Goldman MSW, RYT

Erin comes to yoga from a threefold path. Years of dance training and performance drew her to the physical challenge and grace of yoga; graduate studies in counseling and a Masters Degree in social work drew her to the psychological aspect of yoga; and intensive meditation training and practice drew her to the spiritual aspect of yoga.

Erin studied and was certified at the Pyramid Yoga Center on the island of Koh Pha Ngan, Thailand where she completed Chakra Yoga and Hatha Yoga training and is currently on the path towards becoming an Anusara Inspired Instructor. She has experience in both group and private instruction and is a Registered Yoga Alliance Instructor.

Having studied many styles of yoga, including Chakra, Anusara, Bikram, Power Vinyasa, and Kundalini, she is able to integrate knowledge from different forms into her own unique style. It is Erin’s goal to guide each student in achieving Health, Happiness, and Balance.
