GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTION
Group Classes focus on a gracefulness and economy of movement and students are encouraged to allow each pose to flow from the heart. Careful instruction is given for safe alignment and optimal experience of each posture. Poses strategically used to open and balance the energy centers of the chakras are seamlessly woven into each class. Asana (posture), pranayama (breath control), visualization, and sound are used to create a holisitic experience. Moving to the rhythm of her calm voice, Erin's classes tend to be relaxing, yet challenging and invigorating. You will leave feeling energized, uplifted and balanced.
